This morning, the air felt noticeably warmer, and I found myself walking without the need for a coat.
The long-awaited season of cherry blossoms is approaching, with Tokyo’s sakura forecasted to bloom around March 23.

冬の寒さが和らぎ、東京にも少しずつ春の気配が広がっています。
今朝は空気が一段と暖かく、気づけばコートなしで歩いていました。
長く待ちわびた桜の季節も、もうすぐそこ。東京の開花予想は3月23日とのことです。

At Yasukuni Shrine, the soft morning light illuminated the peaceful shrine grounds.
The atmosphere remained calm, with a few visitors walking quietly along the stone paths.

靖国神社の朝は、柔らかな光に包まれていました。

At Chidorigafuchi, the waters remained still, reflecting the deep blue sky above.
Though the cherry trees remain bare, their branches hold promise—
tiny buds are beginning to swell, preparing to burst into full bloom within the next week.
🌊 千鳥ヶ淵 – 桜の開花を待ちわびて
千鳥ヶ淵の水面は静かに空を映し出し、穏やかな時間が流れていました。
桜の木々はまだ裸のままですが、その枝先には小さな蕾が膨らみ始めています。
あと1週間もすれば、満開の桜がこの景色を一変させることでしょう。

Looking at the Tokyo Expressway, the rhythm of the city continues as usual.

首都高を見渡すと、今日も変わらず街のリズムが刻まれていました。
