Today, Tokyo was covered in a gentle and steady rain, creating a peaceful atmosphere at Yasukuni Shrine. On rainy days, the number of visitors is fewer, allowing the shrine’s serene beauty to stand out even more.

⛩️ A Tranquil Rainy Day at Yasukuni Shrine
Walking through the shrine grounds under the rain gave a completely different experience. The stone pathways glistened with water, and the sound of raindrops on the shrine rooftops added to the calming ambiance. The golden chrysanthemum crest shone subtly through the mist, giving the shrine a sacred presence.

🌸 Sakura Watch Continues – A Rainy Perspective
Even in the rain, I continue to observe Tokyo’s official “Sakura Standard Tree.” The moisture might help the buds swell further, bringing us one step closer to the full bloom of cherry blossoms. Despite the rain, nature quietly prepares for the arrival of spring.

🚗 Tokyo’s Rainy Streets in Motion
I also captured a short video of Tokyo’s streets in the rain. The reflections of headlights on wet pavement, the umbrellas moving through the city, and the mist-covered buildings created a cinematic scene of a rainy Tokyo.

おはようございます！

今日は東京にシトシトと雨が降り続き、靖国神社も雨に包まれた静かな雰囲気でした。
雨の日は訪れる人も少なく、より一層その神聖な美しさを感じることができます。

⛩️ 雨の日の靖国神社の魅力
雨に濡れた石畳が輝き、屋根に落ちる雨音が心を落ち着かせてくれます。
霧に包まれた靖国神社の鳥居と、静かに光る菊の紋章が、厳かな空気を漂わせていました。
普段の晴れた日とはまた違った美しさがありました。

🌸 「桜の標準木」観察 – 雨の日バージョン
雨の日でも「桜の標準木」の観察を続けています。
湿気のおかげで、桜の蕾もさらに膨らみそうです。
この雨が春をより近づけてくれると思うと、満開の日がますます待ち遠しくなります。

🚗 雨に濡れる東京の街並み
また、雨の東京の街を撮影しました。
濡れた道路に映る車のライト、傘を差して歩く人々、霧に包まれるビル群…。
雨の日ならではの、どこか映画のワンシーンのような東京の景色が広がっていました。
